The goal of this project is to develop a web-based admin interface that streamlines record management, enabling users to easily create, update, delete, and map records. The system aims to support real-time updates, facilitate multi-user collaboration, and enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Background
Currently, managing progress and records is done manually through Excel sheets, which makes updating, deleting, or mapping records a slow and cumbersome process. When multiple team members work at the same time, conflicts arise, leading to data loss, errors, and delays that can disrupt the workflow. This outdated method creates frustration and slows down progress.
To make things more efficient and easier for everyone, we’re developing a web-based admin interface that will simplify record management, improve collaboration, and reduce the risk of mistakes, ultimately helping the team stay on track and work more smoothly together.

Research & Planning
We began by assessing the current manual process using Excel sheets to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and user challenges. This phase included gathering feedback from users to understand their needs and expectations for a more streamlined system.
Based on the insights from the research, we defined the project scope, set clear objectives, and mapped out the features needed for the new web-based admin interface. The goal was to ensure the system would allow easy creation, updating, deletion, and mapping of records while supporting real-time collaboration.
Design & Prototyping
The design phase focused on creating an intuitive user interface that would make the record management process simple and efficient. We prioritized ease of use and accessibility, ensuring that users could navigate the platform without unnecessary complexity.
Implementation
We used agile development methods to build the web-based admin interface from scratch, focusing on user needs and technical feasibility. Features were prioritized based on direct user feedback, ensuring the platform was intuitive and effective. Real-time updates and multi-user collaboration were integrated to make record management easier and more efficient for everyone involved.
Testing & Optimization
We thoroughly tested the platform across various devices and browsers to ensure it worked smoothly for all users. During beta testing, we listened closely to user feedback and made continuous improvements, refining the platform based on real-world use and making sure it was both user-friendly and efficient.
